Steps of work

Dismounting
We dismantle everything unnecessary - from old finishes and wiring to partitions that do not fit into the design project.

Lay out the partition walls and install utilities
We lay new communications (heating, water supply, sewerage, electricity and low-current systems). We install new windows and prepare the building for the installation of comfort systems (underfloor heating, climate control, leakage protection, etc.).

We carry out rough finishing works
We build partitions, plaster and putty the walls, pour screed, prepare the space for finishing.

We do the finishing work
We paint walls, paste wallpaper, apply decorative plaster, lay flooring, finally, we install doors, plumbing fixtures, and install comfort systems.
